In a case, company has not taken the credit of service tax of input services for the month october and paid the service tax without credit. So can we take that credit(of october) in november and is there any legal formalities need to be considered for the same?

No time limit is prescribed to avail & utilise CENVAT Credit. Therefore, you can avail the said credit in the month of November and utilise the same against payment of Service Tax liability of November. Make sure you that the payment for such input service, along with service tax, is paid within prescribed time limit of 3 months.

Sir,
Yes, you can availed the Cenvat credit and also utilized the same, there is no time limt for availed and utilized the Cenvat Credit, make the details those Cenvat Credit not taken by you, and availed & utilized also a declaration given your Range Office of Central Excise Department.
