You Can Adjust the Input credit to Discharge the Output Tax Laiability .For that you have to maintain proper documents of Input.
Service tax Paid on Input can be utilised as service tax Output liability & like Wise credit of Cess & Senior Higher Secondary Cess paid can be utilised to Paid Output Cess & SHC
