we can take the credit of what kind of services paid in which respect and how it will reflect in ST-3?

if you are 100% export company, generally you can avoid employee related payments like insurance, and anyservices you can prove nexus with exports.
this is a general statement, however this list needs to be looked at closely at the list before a call is taken.
In your ST3 it will be reflected Cenvat Credit Details
OP balance + inputs taken - input credit utilised.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
