service tax input credit

Dear All,

I am working in partner ship firm. (CHA) its service oriented business.

Can i claim for service tax input credit?

If you are a service tax Assessee you can calim credit while you are remitting service tax

Hi, CHA is a taxable service under Finance Act, 1994. Accordinlgy, in terms of CENVAT Credit provision provider of taxable service would be eligible to claim input tax credit used in providing taxable service and to utilise the input tax credit to pay output tax credit
