Mine is a propreitory firm paying service tax for consultancy services being provided to clients.
Is it possible to take Service tax credit input for service tax charged by our builder for an apartment which i am planning to buy ?

No you can not take the cenvat credit on service tax paid on purchase flat. You can take the cenvat credit on inputs and input services used in relation to the services provided by you.
