we are the authorized dealer for bajaj auto ltd, we are the vehicles received from bajaj auto, pune. In Invoice value transport  charges included. we are the service tax paid quarterly because of we are the proprietory ship. we availed service tax input like telephone bills, security bills, etc.

we are eligible or not for cenvat credit availed for transport charges paid to transporter? or not?
