Is there any notification under which a charitable trust can claim refund of service tax deducted by service provider? If yes, than please give details.

CHARITABLE TRUSTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE UNDER
EXEMPT
CENVAT (as they do not provide any taxable service, or sell any exciseable goods)
REFUND

Refund is not available unless tax has been paid wrongly. If so under section 11B of the CEA it has tobe applied.
