My client registered under service tax was filing zero return as turnover was below 10lac earlier. Now migrated to gst, can he still file zero return or need to cancel his gst registration for exemption below 20lac

let him cancel his registration as he is below 20 lakhs thresold limit. else he would require to file all the returns and follow GST rules and norms
