Service tax for charitable trust

Is trust registered under section 12AA of income tax is liable to pay service tax for input services received?? Our company is letting out immovable property to chartiable trust.

My contention is trust is liable to pay service tax tax, please give your comments

Exemption will be provided on their activities plz check the Mega Exemption List & Negative List in this regard w.e.f. 01.07.2012

charitable trusts are covered under exemption of service tax. hence it is not liable to pay tax.
