service tax filing the Bill wise or payement wise

you can file service tax return  on payment recepit basis not bill wise..

It is my opinion You are choose S.tax fill payment wise.

Your Group co. case......u are 100% sure you have recd. the payment on bill

but other case u are not sure payment are recd. inthis month.

So Please choose case of other ---- Payment wise, and Group co. case bill wise
