Service tax exemption limit

Hi All,

Quick query regarding service tax, 

If a company has got more than 15 lakh INR income by providing from export of software services to companies based outside India and less than 5 lakh INR income from services provided to clients based in India, are we liable to add service tax for invoices raised for Indian clients ?
