We are receiving GTA Service on which partial reverse charge is applicable.
My Question is which notification number to claim in new Service Tax Return form
1) whether to claim Exemption notification for 25% payability
or
2) to claim Abatement Notification 25% Payability
It is abatement...Notification no. 26/2012
but when we are claiming Service Receiver Partial Reverse Charge, it is saying to "Percentage of Service Tax payable as receipient of service =100%"
