Dear All,
I would like to know whether Service Tax is applicable for Mining/Quarry work whose end product is used for Highway Road Projects as well as for Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Project.

If it is a service then service tax will be imposed under the amended provisions in relation to Service Tax. Just see whether it fits in the definition of service.
