Service tax excess payment

I have a query,

My client cover under 75% abatement but during service tax audit there was raise demand due to short turnover. But while paying the service tax amount for F.y 2012-13 & F.y 2013-14 we by mistake forgot to take 75% abatement and made payment on full.

Now what to do???
