If both Service provider & receiver is Pvt Ltd company, who is eligible to decuct the service tax .
please clear my doubt & give the cleared notification

You have to be clear about what bussiness these companies are in. You can refer section 68(2) of the act.. If you cn tell clearly the bussiness I can help you... Its the status of the service Reciever thats important
