I have leased out my premises from which I am going to receive more then 10 lakhs commercial rent. I am the sole owner of the property. i have no organisation or firm. While applying online for service tax registration it asks for name of firm or organisation with designation of owner/owners. What shall I have to write in the space for firm and designation of owners?
