Hi all,
The co had paid Insurance premium of RS 816200+ ST + Cess (12.36%)100882 = 917082/- in FY 12-13.
Prepaid Insurance is for 7 months.
in this case, when is the service tax input to be claimed????

Credit of service tax is based pn.credit or payment whichever is earlier
You can claim the full service tax paid as the rule is credit or payment which ever is earlier.
