HE CAN CLAIM INPUT CREDIT PROVIDED FURNITURE IS USED FOR OFFICE PURPOSE AND BILL IS IN THE NAME OF COMPANY.

The definition of input service has been revised and there are specific exclusions and inclusions for claiming tax credit, i am in doubt can it still be claimed as per revised definition of input service.?

If it is in relation to settin up of office, no. If it is repair of furniture, yes.
