We are a manufacturing industry. We are paying Forex Information Subsciption fees for getting information of forex on daily basis. They are charging service tax on Bill amount. Against this payment, can we claim credit?

You are paying Service Tax on forex information subscripttion fees on input service. any input service used by manufacturer whether directly or indirectly, in or relation to the manufacture of final product. I think you can not take cenvat credit.
