You may claim the cenvat credit on the duty paid on such machineries as these are being used for provision of output service; as per Rule 3(1) of the Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004.

If You Are Paying service tax under Composit Scheme of Work Contract then you Can Not Claim Input of Excise.
