Pls let me know whether a Interior company is liable to get Cenvat Credit or not as the company is charging Service Tax @ 4.12% on Sales..

Dear Paresh,
If your company is providing a taxable service and charging service tax on its sales. Then the company can very well claim CENVAT credit of tax paid on input services.
