Can the company take credit of service tax charged in the auditors remuneration???

Yes you can claim the credit of service tax charged on auditor's remuneration.

Input service eligible for Cenvat credit |
Cenvat credit is available of service tax paid on input services. Definition of ‘input service’ is very wide [Rule 2(l) of Cenvat Credit Rules]. Inclusive part of the definition expands the scope much beyond manufacture or provision of taxable service. |
