Service tax claim
Please suggest me about the services of which I can claim for service tax in a manufacturing unit and in a service sector.
And how can I treat it with excise duty.

All the services neceesry in or in relation to the manufacturing activity or are necessary for providint output services are eligible for taking CENVAT.you can take the credit and adjust the same with duty payable.
