Car rental service falls under the Rent a cab Service category which is having abatement @ 60%.
Current Service Tax rate is 10.30% including Edu Cess and Sec Higher Edu Cess.
Yes .... hence the Net rate on Billing amount (considering the 60% abtement) will be 4.12%
