If I paid excess challan amount on service tax on Service tax, Can I utilise this amount to Service tax on service charges or service tax on transporter.

Sir,
If you have been excess deposit service tax then you can also utilized the excess same service and also utilized the Ed. cess & S & H Ed. Cess, if paid excess but utilized the same services. You cannot utilize the other services.
