I am a service provider of AMC Repair contract of Computer hardware software..??

 

So of which servile i can claim CENVAT credit and is there any important point to make a note while calculating CENVAT CREDIT..??

 

Please give reference for your answers.

You can take cenvat credit of input service as defined under rule 2(l) of CCR Rules, 2004 and Capital goods also used to provide output service. Just go through CCR Rules, 2004.
