Service tax cenvat
We have one Input bill of Renting of Motor vehicle to carry passenger. In which service tax is levied @ 40% due to abatement. Now my query is can we take CENVAT credit of the same?

No you cannot take input credit
Input credit avilable only when those service used for your output taxable service.
In absence of your output service details, we may not end up with any conclusion.
