dear friends if the Building ownership is in the name of Trust or religious body , wether they can collect service tax?

rentig of immovable property bya religious body and to a religious body is also excluded in the service tax net so they are not collect service tax
A trust owning a building and letting it on rent, is liable to collect service tax if their rent exceeds Rs.8,00,000 per annum.
