Please advice
we are setting up a laboratory in Madhya pradesh, however at present there is no existence of lab. presently we are finalising technincal specificatons of lab.
My query is that can we avail cenvat credit of service tax which we are paying in head office keeping in fact that lab is still not in existense.

no.. you can not take input credit of service tax,,,

building your own lab is 1)not a taxable output service 2) not a capital goods in existance
then under which clause u seek input credit?
