Hi Good Afternoon to All,

                                        We are in Hotel Business, we are planning to do the Outdoor Catering and also daily supply of food to Companies and Factories. My question is:-

1) For outdoor catering :- Service tax applicable or not

2) Daily  supply of Food to Companies & Factory: -  Service tax applicable or not
