Yes. This does not get covered under educational institution. Hence, service tax is leviable.

Yes, we can claime SSP subj to fulfillment of conditions. ..

Yes it's in ambit of service tax. But u need not to get registered with deptt. Untill u not cross the exemption limit e.i 900000.
