Service tax applicability on overriding commission

I want to know if service tax is appicable on overriding commission that our client receives from seller .All the parties are located in India i.e seller,buyer and agent ?

please mention under which section of the service tax.

Section 65(19) of the finance act defines "Business Auxiliary Services" and it includes services as a commission agent and the same is taxable under service tax since 01.07.2003.
