Service tax applicability on installation of solar power sys

Dear Experts, 

I need an urgent help. 

If company is into Solar power system provider and hired a sub contractor for Installation of the same. Is Service tax applicable on Installation of Solar power system (roof top) ? I believe, its been exempted . please guide at the earliest.

Dear -I dont think exemptions 

But see the Mega exemption list or  service provider below 10 L/pa
