can anybody answer that whether service tax would be applicable on the service providers who are providing service of pest control for commonwelth games to be held in 2010.
i would be thankful
please suggest the provisions

It could be covered under cleaning services which cover commercial premises. The question would be whether the same is a commercial venture.
