31 January 2014A Diagnostic Lab is operating in a Hospital. THe lab is paying to the Hospital for the Infrastructure provided to them on the basis of a fixed amount per patient.
The lab is also deducting TDS for the said payment u/s 194J.
Is Service Tax applicable for the Hospital in this case?
