Mr.Reddy,
Dint travel yet through Metro so not sure wther they are charging service tax or not. But as its soverign activity to provide transport to citizens of India and must not be taxed any way or under which catagory can it be charged to tax ? Not in tour operator or Rent A Cab..
Moreover if any you are asking as some agent point of view den the commission may b under perview of Service Tax (Business Auxiliary Service)

What incase of new stratups and Turnover not exceeded 10 Lakhs.
Can such company collect service tax from client to whom its providing consultancy services evenif they have not taken service tax number.
