Service tax annual retrun
Pleas help me. Is Service tax annual return applicable for FY 2015-16 also ? which is to be filed on or before 30th of Nov 16. as per the notification it is applicable from 01/04/2016 .

Yes, Service tax annual return applicable for FY 2015-16 is to be filed on or before 30th of Nov 16. However the form of the same has not yet been notifed. Hope it will be notified soon.
