can any one let me know the vat rates and service tax rates applicable for nov 12 ipcc

Vat Rates are same as it is....0%, 1%, 4%, 5%, 12.5%, 20%
and service tax rate i think it is Basic rate : 12%
Edu Cess : 02%
H & Edu cess: 01%
Thats all over 12.36%
