Dear Friends, Can a vendor charge both Service Tax and VAT(sales Tax) on 100% basic value of software's supplied under ITSS(Information Technology software service) category?

It is possible in case of EPC contracts only....If Vendor is supplying SW & providing service for that SW then he should raise separate Invoices for Sales & Service.
