For e.g. I am retailer who sales my products via ecommerce(Shopclues.com). Shopclues is a thirdparty which provides a platform to many players to sales their products on its platform. Shopclues remit the payment weekly on the basis of no. of orders but its charge service tax. Do I need to pay CST on it?

Online selling is only a way of doing buiness.
Important is that where you are doing that.
If you are doing this in your own state then you have to pay DVAT and if its in Another state then you have topay CST.
Shopclue may be charging you Service Tax. And not CST as you directly have to charge CSt to your customers.
Hire some good CA firm for all your doubts before you get into trouble of not paying proper taxes.
