Can we charge Service Tax and VAT under same invoice?

Of course, Yes. In case of works contracts where goods are sold and services are provided simultaneously, VAT and ST both have to be paid and therefore, you can collect both on the relevant portion.

Ya but invoices other than Works Contract can have sales tax as well as Service Tax together?
