Here aggregate means for one godown or one pan. Because I am renting threee to four godwon on different rent. but pan number is same. The ceiling limit Rs.10 L is for one godown, or under one pan.
please advise me.

Sir the ceiling limit is for Service Provider (i.e. on PAN No.) Not on Per Servise or Service Primises basis.
So if Your Aggregate Rent from all godown Exceed 10L than Service tax is applicable.
