We have paid service tax on for Avertisement ( time slot , Sale of Space) , we have availed cenvat credit and paid the balance service tax in the month of March.
Whether Cenvat credit availed is applicable or not, please provide guidance on this . Refer any section rules applicable on the above said part. Please

Prima facie, cenvat credit is available for utilisation in this case if the input service is used for providing taxable output service. This is not included specifically in the exclusion clause of the definition of input service in CCR 2004 as amended. Indirect nexus is also allowable.
