hi
my company has been registered for 3 services ,is it possible to take cenvat credit for 2 services and claim abatement for other other service (i.e GTA)
please reply on the above at the earliest.

U CAN'T TACE CENVAT CREDIT ON ABATEMENT SCHEME
Abatement for GTA service has been unconditionally provided vide Ntfn No.13/2008 dted 01.03.2008 and there is no restriction in that notfn for availment of cenvat credit . Therefore it is possible to take cenvat credit for two services and abatement for GTA service.
