Dat varies from service to service.
E.g. abatement as well as CENVAT of input services/capital goods is allowed in case of construction service.
On the other hand, in case of GTA, no CENVAT is allowed if abatement is claimed..
You need to check the particular service as listed out in N/N 26-2012--ST(Abatement notification)
