Please answer my question...
Online Advertising i.e advertising over the web from India for an advertising agent situated outside India & consideration received in convertible foreign currency amounts export of services or not?
Whether such service is exempted export service or can be exported without payment of service?

As per Export of Service Rules 2003, following services deemed to be export of service and exempt from service tax.
Services shall provide outside India and the consideration thereof shall be received in the convertible foreign exchange. Thus, u'r service is deemed to be exempted export service and thus no service tax shall be charged thereon.
Further, u have to comply with rule under FEMA act regarding filing of returns to RBI.

The service should also be used outside India as per the EOSR to constitute Export.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
