Hi Mukesh,
In Service Tax Legislation, advance and excess payment has different meanings all together.
If you have paid in advance under rule 6 (1A) of Service Tax Rules, 1994 then show your details under point No. 4 monthwise and with challan details.
If you have paid excess under rule 6(4A) of Service Tax Rules, 1994 then show your payment under point 4A - I - (a) - (i) "in cash".
If you have closed you firm better go for refund of your excess amount paid as in future now you were not able to adjust it.
