Hi Sir,

I have one query on service tax,

we are doing online and magzine ads business, one of my customer is in outside india

that company ads we are publishing in india, if we raise the invoice in USD to that company Service Tax is applicable or not?

Please suggest.

Since the place of Provision of Service is India Service Tax liability will be attracted.
