Service tax
Sir is there any notification or circular regarding change in rate of service tax for tour operator from 22.01.2017? If any, plz specify. Thank You

New Provision:
- No separate distinction.
- In all the cases 60% value will be taxable.
- Cenvat credit of Input and Capital Goods will not be available.
- However full credit of all Input services will be available.
(Notification No. 04/2017-ST dated 12th Jan, 2017, effective from 22nd Jan, 2017)
