Serive tax return could be revised within 90 days of filling.

is there any solution to file that return. If i will file today whether the department consider the same.

Yes, it can be filed. Grievance has to be filed with Service tax Assessing authority and based on the genuiness the assessing authority has discretion or he/she may forward the same to the higher authority. The higher authority definitely will consider your grievance as the service tax has been filed on the revised calculation.

No solutions. But atleast you can apply commissioner for the same, if your delay is due to sound reasonable ground then there might be chances.
